The Story

Cooked over fire, the way it should be.

Agave & Ash began with a single mesquite grill and a belief that the best meals are unhurried. Everything that can touch the flame, does.

We source from growers within a day's drive — chiles from Hatch, citrus from the valley, beef raised under the same desert sky we cook beneath.
